A verified maintenance backstop for your trademark.
Every paid watch begins with a live USPTO baseline check. Then we check daily, send deadline reminders, and verify email-delivery outcomes. Billed annually. Cancel anytime.
Missing the statutory maintenance window can cancel a registration and force a new application. RenewMark is an independent informational backstop—not insurance, legal advice, or a filing service.
Checkout opens only after this resolves to a live, registered USPTO record. We do not accept payment for an unverified mark.

Why an independent watch?
A calendar remembers dates. RenewMark checks the record.
The USPTO recommends creating your own reminder system and says owners remain responsible even if a courtesy reminder never arrives. RenewMark adds a separate daily check and delivery-aware email path.

Questions owners actually ask
Why pay when the USPTO emails a reminder?
The USPTO may send courtesy reminders to email addresses in the official record, but it is not required to do so and says it generally does not resend an undeliverable reminder. RenewMark adds an independent watch, a verified backup contact, and a monthly heartbeat.
Aren’t there free deadline tools?
Yes. A calculator or calendar is useful, but it does not verify that an alert reached a working inbox or report later status changes. RenewMark focuses on maintenance reliability and transparent delivery records.
Do you file for me?
No — and that’s deliberate. We’re a watchdog, not a filing mill. When it’s time, you file directly with the USPTO (cheapest), or use our honest comparison of filing services if you’d rather have help.
Do you scan for similar or infringing trademarks?
No. RenewMark watches your own registered U.S. trademark’s maintenance deadlines and official status. Similar-mark searches and infringement monitoring are broader legal-risk services with very different costs; we keep this watch narrow, clear, and affordable.
What if an email does not arrive?
Provider webhooks distinguish “accepted for sending” from “delivered to the recipient’s mail server.” Bounces and complaints are recorded, and a confirmed backup contact receives the same critical alerts. Email still is not infallible, so every deadline should also be kept on your calendar.
What happens after I subscribe?
Payment is followed by a fresh live-USPTO baseline. Only after that succeeds do we call the watch active and email your secure account link. There you can review marks, add a verified backup contact, or add portfolio marks without contacting support.
