RenewMark exists because a missed maintenance deadline can cancel a valuable registration — and because owners deserve a simple, independent backstop that is not trying to sell the filing itself.
What we are
An independent maintenance backstop. A paid watch begins only after a live USPTO baseline succeeds. We then check daily, compute maintenance deadlines, distinguish email acceptance from delivery, and send critical alerts to a confirmed backup contact.

We are not a law firm and give no legal advice. We are not a filing service — we never touch your USPTO filing. We are not affiliated with the USPTO or any government body. We built an official-source notice checklist to help owners verify unexpected trademark correspondence before paying.
How we make money
A simple subscription: $49/year per mark, $129/year for up to five. If you choose to use a filing service we recommend, we may earn a referral fee — and we’ll always disclose it and always show you the free, do-it-yourself path first. Our incentive is to keep you subscribed for years by being genuinely useful, not to upsell you a filing.
How we publish
Primary USPTO sources come first. Calculators use deterministic date math, and published guides pass source, claim, metadata, and link checks before deployment. Read our complete editorial policy and source standards.
